Dr. Wittmus received his D.D.S. from Northwestern University in 1991. In 1993 he began a family and cosmetic dentistry practice, providing a full range of dental services including implants, root canals, dentures and all prosthetic restorative techniques for adults and children. He has been very active with the Chicago Dental Society and the American Dental Association over the last 12 years. Dr. Wittmus was awarded a fellowship in the Academy of Dentistry International for his charity work overseas in 1995. Since 2001, each summer Dr. Wittmus has led a team of dentists to Armenia to provide dental care for orphans ages 6 to 18. In addition to his busy practice, Dr. Wittmus is the house staff dentist for the Danish Home in Norwood Park. He is also the president of the Arcolian Dental Arts Society.
