There have been reports that flossing does not benefit you. YES, IT DOES. We can personally tell which patients floss, and which do not. Your teeth have five surfaces, and your toothbrush only reaches three of them. If you aren’t flossing, you are not cleaning the food, bacteria, plaque, etc. that builds up between your teeth throughout the day. This will directly contribute to cavities and gum disease.
